Lou Pine, Hobnobing with a Local Politico

Our local dog park is a simmering pot of political discourse. Liberals and conservatives, socialists and libertarians, and everyone in between can be heard touting their views on the issues of the day. The exchanges occur in person between real people and they are polite, as opposed to the trolling, flaming, and name calling that goes on in social media. Keyboard warriors are always ready to champion their causes by insulting the beliefs, opinions, character, et al  of their opponents, rarely bothering to address what the other commentators wrote. Tis the easy way out for cowards and the intellectually challenged.

Lou Pine and his peers do not get involved in political discussions, they’re dogs. While their Moms and Dads, or hired walkers, debate politics and fave politicians the dogs run and play, or just hang out. Lou Pine is no exception however he is not above snatching a photo op with a local politico, in this case Toronto councillor Kristyn Wong-Tam. Is this some sort of endorsement? I think not, but who can say for sure.

My name is Lou Pine, and I approve of this message.
